Question: What do I do if I don’t have an e-mail address, but want to be notified of community events or activities?

The board makes every effort to provide information that is as up to date as possible. All Falcon Ridge HOA information can be accessed through the website and is also posted on the 2 bulletin boards at the clubhouse.

In addition, a quarterly flyer is delivered to all residents who have an open newspaper tube.

Question: What do I do if I have a problem with the Landscape Company?

Contact Hawthorne Management Company at 704-377-0114.  Be sure you write down the name of the person you talked to and the time of the call to reference later if needed.

Question: Where can I find more information about the landscaping at Falcon Ridge?

Question: What do I do if I want to use the Clubhouse?

Notice to Homeowners

The North Carolina House passed Bill 278 in June 2013.
Pursuant to § 7A-38.3F, association members may initiate voluntary mediation in an effort to resolve a dispute with the association. Please note the dispute cannot be related to assessments and both parties must agree to participate in the mediation
